Number 2 was my favorite, but you can't beat the original feeling you had raiding that first tomb in number 1. I loved the easter eggs in the mansion in 2, and the more varied levels too, including Venice.

I never played any of the original games, but I LOVED this one. It's very rare that I feel the pull to want to finish a game multiple times to 100% in quick succession, but TR left me feeling this way for the first time since I played and completed Red Dead.

Bought this last week for the PS4. Not far into it (switching between this and Watch Dogs) but mightly impressed so far - graphics in particular are amazing.

Game Informer did a special feature on Rise of the Tomb Raider this month. In their latest video they talked a little bit about survival in the new game.

Still though, the best survival mechanic in a game imo was from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I really hope they bring back the survival viewer in The Phantom Pain.

This game is one of the reasons I don't completely regret buying an Xbox1. I know most of you are on PS4 but at least you won't have to split your time this fall between Tomb Raider and Uncharted 4. Plus I'm sure the game will be ported to PS4 at some point next year.

Just playing the multiplayer for the definitive edition - pretty good fun
