That looks like Markarth and dragonbridge/solitude to me. You can see that little island at the bottom of the image, which corresponds to the one east of markarth.

Yeah, I was thinking about making a heavy armoured mage. With fortify destruction on the armour so it wouldn't cost anything. But I don't know if it's worth doing.
