  1. people that took photos need to post them ... i'm looking at you, fanboy, goosey...

your pics won't make it into the banner if they're not posted by the time i share it...

I don't recall my photo's ever being used in a banner, but anyhow...

Nevermind. Social Club is being retarded. You'll get my photos when socialclub actually works again

Or when somebody who can access them posts them

  2. Personally, I'd say wait for the height to grow and then tie it down. Honestly at this point you should probably just be watching. Don't worry about the node spacing, it'll probably fix itself once it has more height. But I have to agree, the spacing of your leaves is so perfect it's almost unnatural.

EDIT: Showed some friends. They thought you pulled it off google images. That's one fine specimen you've got there.

  3. Glad to hear the rainbow isn't an issue, I grew kind of attracted to it. Currently, I'm blasting lumens at it all day and all of the night...is that fucking it up further?? I was wondering if I shouldn't add a bit of a dark period, maybe four or six hours, to help redevelop the roots.

Absolutely, most people I know run theirs off a terrarium timer so they don't have to manually switch the lights on and off. You're going to need to get it into a vegging cycle, otherwise, it won't properly bud. A buddy of mine put a seed in the jar on his window ledge and let it grow. I was tasked with watching it one day and basically just threw it out because it would have been to weak to yield anything anyway.

EDIT: Pretty sure you're still on my facebook, feel free to message me there if you need a quick answer and can't get me.

EDIT 2: So I was going to cover the basic information but after 5 seconds of googling this site explains it all better than I can:

Here's what you should be doing now:

  4. So gunny, after a bit of discussion we figured the discolouration shouldn't be a cause for concern yet. It could most likely just be the light or the strain you happen to have. My bigger concern is, what is the day-night cycle you have the plant on? Early in growth cannabis needs tons of sunlight. At current you're going to want to give it 16 hours day, 8 night, to try and keep it in a vegetative state.

  5. My pal has it in a small pot indoors under CFL. My pal says it grew a bit more today; the second leaves are considerably larger than in the previous picture, but the two fingers on the outside of the leaves are curling in toward the center, forming something that's reminiscent of a cactus flower. With all this phenomena, my pal thinks it might be a specimen from the Amityville Kush strain.

This could be it. When it starts growing in size you're eventually going to have to up the soil space. Put it in a garden tray or an actual garden, otherwise the roots won't have space to grow and develop.

I'm going to hang out with a friend who's more proficient in this later today, I'll show him the quick snap and get his opinion on it. And I'll probably prepare a questionnaire to make sure you're treating that thing properly.

CFLs can be harder to use too. I wasn't even aware of CFL grow-ops until I found this while googling light spectrum, comparisons.

EG. 1 CFL light will not cut it. Judging from the spectrums they can be used however, are not as intense as the traditional High-Powered-Sodium lights. which one of can support a plant or two. Here's a quick thread I found about CFL/HPS comparisons. Personally, I'd say start googling, researching, using other forums etc. and find out as much as you can about growing. The internet can be a wonderful tool.
