should be able to download pics from the net and put them on your charactor for extra cash (at the in game tattoo parlor)..
for things like white ts, wife beaters, bandanas, some shoes and shoe laces, ect you should be able to choose the color.. kinda like editing colors on microsoft paint..
be able to shave your own head (and fuck up and cut yourself if you do it wrong).. also it wont hurt to be able to scar your face with a knife just to look more badass lol.
Why the fuck would you use a knife to scar yourself? That's not badass, that's just fucking gay, no one will respect a guy who cut himself to look cool.

i think it would be a good idea.. just like 3d.. not everyone likes it but for the ones that are really into it, could get it.. im not into it either but the key is giving everyone what they want, and adding these features would surely give some gamers out there what they wish for.. but at the same time you could get the regular game..

lol just came to me, my bad if someone already said this.. but have the artists from gta san andreas (og loc, madd dogg, love fist) record real songs that come up on radio stations..
and MUSIC VIDEOS.. like on the tv or on a in game website like youtube.. i always wanted to hear madd dogg come out with "real ganton city g's.. wit grove street in the video dissin og loc.. lol

idk but if this one doesnt have LV and SV in DLC or somethin then its either one of them or Vice City next.. i think theyll stop either for one of the reasons said in here already, or until they do every major city lol..

i think Julio G should be a radio personality.. cause in LA hes still on the radio on "West Coast Wednesday".. but i think he should be like on san andreas, cause he plays old school and new songs.. i think they should bring all of the radio stations back from SA (and more).. Radio Los Santos, Playback FM, K Jah West, Radio X, and a couple others which i cant remember the names (the one with the country music and the oldies/motown one).. they were all in my top 10 of all gta games radios.

they might keep the same gangs, but i think that since its oonly los santos and its much bigger.. their will also be triads in LS chinatown, more russians, if theirs san diego then different ballas and families their, mexican/black gangs in the valleys, and white/MC gangs, maybe the angels of death since the Hells Angels are big in southern Cali.. they might also make the gangs from gta sa more detailed and more like crips, bloods, and surenos.. like how gta4 gangs were alot more detail than gta3..
otherwise, if they dont have all that.. atleast have grove street and the johnsons house.. and did anybody ever wonder what they would do with the building that big smoke was in?
