its a glitch
and to my experience I can mod the sherif suv in any mod shop. did that one in sandy shores no problem
Ive only been able to mod it in that Sandy Shores one, thats one I meant when I said the North one. Tried in others and it wouldnt let me for some reason

Sounds like fun. I have an odd work schedule and work until 12AM EST most days so this wouldn't work for me, probably why i never run into anyone from the forums here. Hope you guys have a good turnout.

You can customize the Sherrif Granger, in the north LSC only though for some reason.
EDIT: and as I take a second look it looks like you already did so..you make it pink? Or is that just an illusion? haha

Get on Social Club. That's the only way to get the Elegy.
This. Then you goto one of the free 2 car garages you get from being on Social Club and hit right on the directional pad and select the Elegy to load it up.

Finally got my apartment with 10 car garage. So far only have a Dominator, Sabre and an Elegy..Elegy not pictured.

Ive found the best way to loose cops at any wanted level...I just cant post it, because THEY will patch it...they're watching me maann...

PIS was down to 0.0 like 2 weeks ago and is now well beyond 100 last time I checked some 20hrs ago, and it doesn't seem to stop rising...
No I was not kidding..I was under the assumption that in story mode stocks change according to where you are in the story...that is what I meant by "how early"..obviously I was mistaken.

Have all the jobs payout been halved or just some of the more lucrative ones like Martins? I did a new job for Lester this morning (stealing an electronic superweapon from Merryweather at the docks) that paid 10,000, so did it pay 20,000 before?
It appears that mission rewards are now halved when you REPLAY them..they pay in full the first time though.

That farm method is patched..you can no longer destroy the case and complete the mission, you actually have to deliver it now.

I've had one since day one right when I spawned. It kinda sucks in the long run though, it's almost impossible to win races with unless everyone else is on one.
If you race solo the wins still count
Do solo wins count towards vehicle mod unlocks? Like ones that say "win 8 more races in this type of vehicle to unlock"...

There's one that looks like a Viper, I don't know what it's called but I have one in Micheal's garage, or at least i put one there, I haven't been back there in a while, maybe The game stole it back.

Yes, yes there are. A day or two ago I was gunned down by a couple guys camped out infront of Los Santos Customs. As i was trying to enter LSC they killrd me and blew up my Banshee. I grabbed a new car and stalked them for a bit. They parked their cars right outside the hair stylist and went in. I drove by and sticky bombed one of the cars. On explosion the other car was pushed in front of the hair stylist door and trapped them inside. Justice was served.
