I think Max Payne/RDR gore was sufficient enough. Sure they could improve it, and it would be welcome, but it's already good enough. However GTA IV gore was complete shit, I think everyone can agree on that. I liked how in RDR if you shot someone in both legs, they could no longer walk.
Yeah, at least maybe be able to decapitate someone though lol.

I hope the Army (if they return....) use the hydras again, but not when you have 4 Stars and the SWAT hunts you, it was really pointles in Sa. So far I know the SWAT doesn't have acces to jets, but well, it was the Sa world^^....I really looking forward to some nice missions where hydras (or wahtever the name for the jet in GTA V is) will appear
That's true, i guess that we can kind of confirm that this jet has had changes since the trailer just like the police mavericks did. We can also confirm that there is a good chance the hydra is gone: I doubt there will be more than one fighter jet.
There could be another fighter jet, at least maybe one more. Maybe a bomber.

the trailer jet looks like it might be a VTOL.
It might be an F-35 or a Harrier, but I think it's an F-35. I could be wrong though. An F-35 has one Engine on the back and so does the plane from the screenshot. A harrier does not have a back mounted engine on it, plus a Harriers tail has 3 wings in a triangle shape. An F-35 has two wings pointed somewhat straight up. The F-35 can also hover if anyone didn't know that also. Just a thought.

Hopefully they will make sports cars not as rare to find like in GTA IV... I swear I could never find an Infernus except in a mission where you got one from Bernie.
Otherwise it seemed you could never find one. In the Ballad though you can get a lot more sports cars.

I'm not sure, I'm kinda leaning to an unrestricted map this time since they said they're taking a bold new step in story telling and etc...

ok here's a comparison why I think it's 2 different planes:
first, the wing: it's a mid-mounted wing in the screenshot with a very smooth transition line from the fuselage, in the trailer, it's a shoulder mounted wing with no smooth transition
and second, the intake area is totall different. in the screenshot, it lies below the main fuselage, in the trailer, it lies left and right of it. also, the screenshot plane lacks all the jibjab on the flanks of the intakes.
since I don't think R* changes the appearance of something that heavily, it looks like we'll get at least 2 fighter jets
off topic: where does the left picture of the hydra come from? or is it from SA and for reference?
We might, I think it's the same jet though. I hope we get more then one type of fighter jet like a P-51 Mustang or a bomber.

^ Yeah, I'm actually pleased with the water quality texture this time around in GTA. GTA IV's water looked quite bad in my opinion.

It's also not pre-rendered. They took a shot while RAGE was doing its thing in real time with a moving car.
Seems to make the most sense. I guess we'll see with new trailer or game play.

The screens look better than the screens from iv.... Could be an old texture though
Possibly,the trees however seem to have moderate leave textures on them.

With a Fucking Huge Ass map, it shouldn't be too hard to render at least 32 people on a console, right?
Maybe, if it could render that many people they might have to dumb down the game just to get it to run on the Xbox 360/PS3, unlike the PC version.

I want propagating fire to come back. It'd be nice to trap people in burning buildings in multiplayer.
I'd also like to project online voice chat through vehicle loudspeakers like the police in IV do.

Yes, the sound fx needs to be redone pretty bad, the cars in 4 were very crappy sounding, and so did some of the other sounds too. I think that the sounds in max payne 3 are good, but i hope gta 5 has even better
I kinda felt the explosion sounds in Max Payne 3 were kinda lame to be honest, and also when the rocket launcher also shot the rocket.

Lol this Epsilon Program has generated massive lulz for me, especially with that Cris Formage guy lol.
Edit: By looking at the background image where the Epsilon Logo is placed, the background looks like the sky form the GTA V
trailer on the first scene with the clouds and such... Just wanted to point that out.
