Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but when Franklin is walking in front of the gang members, Chop was following behind him. So maybe it is an option to have him follow you around when you want. Since when Franklin was leaving the head shop, Chop wasn't with him.
Also, can you little girls go have your argument somewhere else please?....We all thank you.

I'm pretty excited to see gameplay. Though I would also be just fine without it. Like some people have already said, if its out there I don't think I could have the self control not to watch it. I also think it's pretty sweet that although challenging, you can track down another character and watch what they're doing while playing as another character. On another note: How long do you think "soon" is for this gameplay trailer? I think within this month, although it is entirely possible with Rockstar that "soon" means late August.

Not the best but still pretty good. The last one with Michael is very Max Payne-ish. The plane shot is nice though, looks like the Alamo Sea.

I'm going to enjoy playing as all 3 of them. I'm sure there will be times I'll want to play as Trevor, times I'll want to play as Franklin, and times I'll want to play as Michael. That's the beauty of having 3 protags all with different stories and personalities.

I switched my pre order to the CE first day it was announced. First time I've ever decided to pay that much for a game too. But I figured, why the hell not. The hot rod is pretty nice, and the idea of playing as Tommy in multiplayer is pretty damn sweet.

I always use the manual saves in GTA, at the safehouses. As for GTAIV, Just turn autosave off. Thats what I did and I kept a few different ave files so If I really wanted to go back to a mission or point in the game to re-play it, I could have. Im sure both manual and auto saves will be in V. Autosaves shouldn't be enough to kill a game for you, just turn them off.

It will be nice to see more around the areas of where each character lives. Possibly even more activities that will be specific to specific characters.

Something like using Acid in the game, creating bat-shit crazy illusions for a period of time would be pretty cool. Although not neccessarily something I think Rockstar would do.

I know it's the same house. That's why I was wondering what he meant. But that said safehouse upgrades, a la saints row, would be pretty cool.

I think that would be pretty sweet. But what kinds of upgrades on the outside of the house? It might just be me but I don't see any real signifigant changes to the house in the two screens.

No. Realism sucks. If I wanted to go on murderous rampage in Los Angelos, I'd do it. I'm more into jumping out if a plane aimed at downtown with a jetpack and a rocket launcher kind of guy... which is why I play gta.
It sounds like Saints Row is a better game for you, if you're more about the crazy shit. GTA is a more realistic game, and thats what makes it so great. However the new direction Saints Row is starting to take is making it too over the top for me.
I'm starting to see that peoples take on reality is very skewed by video games.

Not being able to parachute out of planes in gta 4 because it would hurt the realistic aspect of the game is a lame excuse.
They didn't put planes in GTA 4 because the map was too small. It had nothing to do with the realism. I forgot the article it was in but Dan Houser said that the map was simply too small for any decent flying to be done, and that helicopters just made more sense.

You should stretch before you jump to a conclusion that far away. Plenty of people use that symbol for plenty of things. A spade doesn't automatically imply gambling.
Thats why I didn't say "That spade means there will be gambling". Hense the "?". I simply suggested that there might be gambling. Plus I havent seen that on Trevor in any other artwork or screenshot. It was just something worth pointing out.
