I'd rather not be guided in the prep stages. I'd like to think for myself, rather than be prompted to "Look for a fast getaway car and place it in the alley off of Fuckstick Boulevard". I hope they'll implement a difficulty system that affects the level of guidance.
I guess they'll guide you through the planning of the first heist a lot more than through the other ones. I doubt they will have a difficulty system, it isn't a racing game.

Previews have stated that your decisions will have consequences.
Of course you don't have to think of everything yourself. So I guess there still will be missions like that indeed.

They said you can buy safehouses WITH helipads etc. As in they're already there.
I believe CVG said exactly this in their 90 minute preview.

Back to this image's discussion, some other people have put things together from the previews:
Note the guys on the Vader following. The passenger appears to have a camera in his hand. And then this quote from GI:

Obviously we aren't seeing a van (although there is an SUV) but they may come in waves and GI only saw the first wave in their preview.
The only thing getting to me is the similarity between Surano and the Serrano (an existing SUV).
The passenger in the SUV also seem to have a camera.

I would like more public transport as ways of fast travel. Like the subway in IV, but with more stations. And buses that actually drive would be nice.

It wont be the PS4. That console wont be released for another year or even two.
Rockstar wont be delaying things THAT long.
Proof? More signs point towards the announcement of the PS4 than anything at this point. It is to much of a coincidence at this moment.

I think the reason for the late release date is actually the Playstation 4. A Dutch news site says the Playstation 4 will be in stores in summer. It hasn't been confirmed yet. Expectations are it will be announced on Feb. 20. http://www.nu.nl/games/3132137/playstation-4-ligt-zomer-in-winkels.html

I was talking about regular SUVs, since there were no police SUVs in IV.
Okay. Well, I was trying to express my doubt about police SUVs being in V. Because of that screenshot where there is no police SUV where one should be if they are in game.

The one screenshot with the Vinewood sign, there is no police SUV there. Just a normal one. So I'm not so sure about the SUV thing.
There were SUVs in Liberty City, almost certain they will be in V especially since there is a lot of desert and forest and mountainous terrain.
