I don't know, Frank seems pretty pure and morally right. He's against his friend's drug dealing, so I'd assume he's not a user himself.
I think he was against the drug dealing cause there's not a lot of money in it and it's not worth the risk involved. I don't think he's morally against the drug trade.

I can't see them giving a release date for the game. Probably a release date for a third trailer which will have the release date at the end of that. Meaning they gave a release date for the boxart, which gave the release date of the trailer which gave the release date of the game. Fucking rockstar.

Just because he doesn't want the Ballas to return doesn't mean he doesnt want street gangs. I personally don't want to see ballas return, it would just be tacky. I do however want to see ghetto areas with gang activity.
