I don't think the protagonist will be Ned Luke's character. Reason being during the jewlery store heist during the trailer, that character wasn't driving the car, if you stop at 47 in the trailer you should get a glimpse of an african american/latino looking guy in a white muscle shirt in the drivers seat (as we all know the driver in GTA is the protagonist 90% of the time). Also worth noting the "guy in the red car" fits this describtion aswell, aswell as the guy running away from the police (although this snippet looks like an older fella).
