  1. How is the gameplay? On a scale of Rift to WoW.

Jesus, Rift had the blockiest gameplay I've ever seen in a MMO.

I would say the combat bears closest resemblance to Guild Wars 2 with a touch of Neverwinter thrown in. I have noticed a bit of input lag, particularly with melee characters, but hopefully this will be addressed soon. I have yet to try crafting or PVP.

  2. I have it for PC. It's pretty good so far and has the potential to be amazing when new maps etcetera get added. I quite like the clean UI although certain elements really should be toggleable for those who want them; I'd be happy with a speech bubble option in particular as I think the chat leaves a bit to be desired, and an FOV slider would make first person view viable (I'm fairly certain they are working on this already though).

  3. On the mission "No Hey Blanco"...

... after you have delivered the drugs back to Gerald, you are told to go to a Vagos turf and kill all the gang members and blow up their vehicles. I'm not 100% sure, but the Vagos appear to spawn indefinately as long as you keep the cars intact, and there is plenty of fenced off cover to get dug in with little chance of being flanked, creating a perfect opportunity to farm some RP and headshots (or waste a lot of ammo if you choose to look at it that way...).

  4. Hello, according to Rockstar and IGN, the cars are now more, "grippy". Here is a quote,

"I gingerly thread my way into the traffic bustling down the freeway towards the city. The road is thick with semi-trailers rumbling into Los Santos. The distinction between GTA V and GTA IV’s vehicle handling is immediately clear; carving my way through the throngs of 18-wheelers the low-slung supercar feels more sure-footed and grippy than similar models in GTA IV. It’s more responsive, but without erring towards feeling too superficial or light."

And especially after watching all the advertisements and trailers I can now say that I am extremely worried that the car physics/handling will be similar to San Andreas. What do you think? Thank you very much for your time.

I don't know where you get the idea that the handling is going to be anything like San Andreas, what I took from the article is that cars that should have more grip will have more grip and vice versa. This is actually more realistic than GTA IV's physics in which every car feels like a RWD, IMO.

  5. Midnight release sounds like a cool thing, I don't think we have this here in Germany, at least I'm not aware of it, as there is no Gamestop in my town.

Besides there are no shops that stay open past 10pm. I wonder what is worse, the all day long wait for the postman to arrive, or waiting in line only to find out they ran out of copies :D. Just kidding, I hope there are enough copies, they sure have to prepare for that.

How many people line up for such an event?

^This. I pre-ordered from Amazon. Realistically, I'm not going to be able to get stuck in until about 7 or 8PM anyway.
