  1. Those islands pointed out by Fitty are on the

west side. Look at the "north" indicator on the map (lower right corner). It has a little white dot on it, but is there.

And is it only me, but I see some vegetation on the rock formation/island on the far right.

I see vegetation as well so I hope there is either a dock or a sandy shore to beach my boat. Also it would be sweet to have a purchasable house either with or without a helicopter pad.

  2. Obviously we want an assortment of clothes for different activities and to add realism to our surroundings, But I think if we're going on a boat or jet ski we have a category for that so all we have to do is go to the ocean activities category and we have outfits we put together for what we want to do. So all we do is select outfit 1, 2, 3, etc. same goes for cruising around in our new custom/tricked out car and anything else in the game.

  3. Or maybe different load outs for different situations. If your going door to door you can choose your cqb (close quarter battle) gear. MP5, with flash bangs, and frag grenades. Etc. I understand the weapon wheel makes it more accessible to choose what I want on the move and I'm happy we have the weapon wheel but just another thought. I'm sure there won't be anything like that though.

  4. The Mojave isn't particularly known for dunes. More for large, dry lakes along with cavernous valleys and jagged mountain ranges. I'd love to see a touch of Mojave in V's desert.

true, but I do know driving on the 805 towards Yuma, az you pass the dunes so it would be a nice touch to have some dunes. By looking at pics of the Mojave it has a lot of the desert shrubs, grass, trees etc. (can't think of the right word).

  5. That's definitely grapeseed. Yankton i think is the little down directly north of the Alamo sea, North Yankton could sprawl down from the mountain maybe?.

Here's a map me and Fitty have been working on together. TreeFitty created LS and the roads, i made Blaine County and the North:

    GTAVMap_AUGUST_zps398ca745.png

Still a lot of roads to add, but i'm looking through all the screenshots and screencap and working them out atm.

Wow. Nice job. But one thing: Isn't Blaine County where Trevor lives which is directly beside the Alamo Sea? Not sure, but that's what I always assumed.

it is where Trevor lives but up until the official website came out with those brochures we weren't aware of sanora desert or its location at least. I may be wrong on the second part.

Another thing with seƱora desert. Hopefully it replicates the Mojave desert with sand dunes and not just open desert like the rest of Blaine county.

  6. That's on San Chansi/Chanski (North East corner of the map) looking south towards Cape Catfish, and the small stream into the Alamo. In the far right you see those tall silos and farm lands which are part of Grapeseed. And those mountains roll into the Tataviam mountians.
so is this the same light house just at a different angle and close up?

  7. Are y'all happy with the 16 players or did y'all expect more then that? Do y'all think with the size and amount to do is the map going to feel small due to 16 players?

was hoping for 32ppl lobby. 20 minimum. 50 ppl rooms would'a been awesome, but hey it's all good. i think 16 will be fine.

Don't forget there will be plenty of NPC's around to make you not feel lonely.

    forgot about that
