    JB Smoove is probably one of my favorite black males.

    I hate this so-called comedian, he's annoying as fuck ( his voice sounds like someone taking a shit in your ear ). This WCTR has to be the worst talk radio station Rockstar have ever created. Lazlow's show on the station was shit as well.

    Whoever thought that putting this guy in the show was a good idea, is an idiot. He reminds me of that not-funny black comedian that was on Conan a little while ago. He was ruining the show with his half assed bit ( yelling, being annoying, smiling all the time thinking he's so funny/ Boring Dickhead ). But it seemed that no one wanted to tell him he was a crappy comedian, because he would probably pull the race card.

    If you want a funny Black Comedian, look no further than Dave Chappelle.

    Plus wasn't this JB Smoove the same guy that had a recurring role on "Curb Your Enthusiasm"? He wasn't funny in that either. I don't know why Larry David though it was a good idea to keep putting him in it.

    You don't need anything to notice a difference in FPS. 30 is significantly more choppy than 60.

    This is just one thing I can't agree with, and the fact it's going to be 30 fps seems more like lazy developers to me. This isn't a case of it being underpowered [a glance at the specs tells me this can do far more than 30fps].

    which kinda seems like maybe QTE or something was too fast for players? That said at the same time Capcom are just lazy these days and even their PC games are locked to 30fps all too often.

    Were apparently players preferred motion blur [what the fuck man, this is a game I had a special interest in and motion blur sux]

    Aswell as a few others but those were general shovelware [Kinect lets play with grandma edition etc] and oddly Watch Dogs which runs at 30 on both PS4 and Xbox One [makes sense, that game is going to be an early boundary pusher for both consoles].

    Is there an article detailing the blanket on all games?

    You're not trying to blame the Game Developers for the Xbone's weak hardware, are you?

    The reduced specs for pretty much all of the Xbox One's games ( a lot of them are 720p Upscaled to 1080 & only at 30 FPS ) is a joke. Especially when Microsoft expects you to pay $100 more for it's System.

    And for those of you that say that there is no visual difference between 720p and 1080p, just remember that 1080p has more than twice the number of pixels compared too 720p. Here's a comparison of the resolutions ~

    I can't believe that anyone is still supporting Microsoft's bullshit. The Xbox One is a good all-in-one entertainment system but a poor gaming system. The games for Xbone have the same resolution as they do on the Xbox 360, which is pathetic. I mean if it can't output Native 1080p for the games that we have now, how is it going to cope with bigger and more ambitious games in the future ( Witcher 3/ MGS 5/ Fallout 4? ).

    I thought it actually went up when I played last night, I got 1015RP for doing the prison lap by myself, whereas previously i'd been getting 900.

    The Higher your Rank is the more RP you will need to Rank-Up again.

    That's why every time you Rank up you end up earning slightly more RP for every Race.

    Kanye is one of the few respectable rappers left in the game (IMO). I hate his personality but I find his music really good.

    Kanye West hasn't had a good single in years.

    And even his old ones aren't as great as everyone makes them out to be.

    So in conclusion Kanye West isn't a Genius he's a No-Talent Dickhead. And a wannabe tough religious rapper from a middle class area in Chi-Town.

    I doubt that they would make a protagonist that is on the "Evil" side of the Karma spectrum. But there will be other characters in the cast to fulfil the "Bad Guy" role, not just enemies like the Enclave but people within the main cast as well.

    Plus they could have the protagonist make "Grey Area" moral decisions which question his good nature. Like unethical decisions based on his/ or his friends survival.

    No market for it. The average TV viewer would much rather watch a group of empty twats fend off zombies than watch one silent wanderer single-handedly change the social and political structure of the world around him or her.

    Just like @spiritcrusher77 says, the main character will ( like all of the characters ) have the ability to speak.

    Plus he won't be by himself, he will end up meeting other people on his journey through the Wasteland. And will eventually form alliances and friendships with some of these people, so that eventually a group of main characters will be formed that will journey through and explore the Wastes together. Over the course of the series some characters will die, and be replaced by new members. As well as new threats emerging every so often ( like The Enclave/ The Legion/ The Master/ or some new threat ??? ).

    Even after saying all that, I doubt that any TV Studios would take the risk of making a show this ambitious. Even though the end result could end being one of the best shows on TV.

    But it makes me wonder if there might be a Fallout TV Show on the way.

    What do you guys think? Would you watch a TV Show centred around Fallout? It could be similar in layout to "The Walking Dead", but set in a more dystopian world ( the irradiated wasteland ) were there are different factions such as The Enclave, Slave Traders and Brotherhood of Steel, plus plenty of different human & mutated enemies to contend with like Bandits, Super Mutants, Ghouls, Deathclaws etc. Much more variety than just Zombies.

    The protagonist could be someone who has just come out of one of the vaults ( like in Fallout 3 ). So the new world can be slowly introduced over the episodes. Encountering new characters, enemies and factions on a journey tied into the main plotline.

    It could be great with a half-decent writer.

    The Felon is a great car with solid stats. I recommend changing the Matte Black paintjob to a Metallic "Midnight Blue" with an"Ultra Blue" Pearlescent colour scheme.

    It's actually wine red. I was trying to get the same colour as the Elegy but I can't seem to match it.

    Oh. The shadow makes it look black too me...

    Wine Red is nice as well with maybe a "Torino Red" pearlescent added to it.

    I bought New Vegas but don't enjoy it nearly as much, I think the main storyline sucks compared to 3, sneak seems to be completely broken too since I'm 50 yards behind a guy, theres no way he can detect me yet he miraculously seems to spot me

    Even with a high sneak skill masking any sound you make, enemies will still spot you pretty easily if you're out in the open and in broad daylight.

    I remember having a character with 100 sneak and being detected by bandits 100 yards ahead of me ( on Very Hard Difficulty settings/ which boosts the perception skill of enemies, I think ). One of them was standing with his side too me as I approached, and must of seen me in his peripheral vision ( this was during the middle of the day ).

    Where as another time ( with the same character ), I was only a coupe of yards away from a Deathclaw, but I was in the darkness of a cave. So it couldn't detect shit, even with it's 100 Perception Skill.

    So using cover like darkness and other things to block an enemies field of vision is as important as the Sneak Skill ( which only reduces sound made ), when it comes to sneaking up on enemies unaware. Plus I also think the weight of the armour you use plays a factor in how much noise you make. And if you knock over anything in the environment.

    I could be wrong about a couple of things here, since I haven't played the game for a couple of years now ( so I'm relying on memory ).

    I agree, about the whole Lead-Free Solder thing.

    PlayStations are made in Taiwan, and the conditions for workers there are much higher than that of mainland China ( where the Xbox 360 and One are made ). Plus the products are usually of a higher quality as well.

    That article shows a PS4 in a closed case with hardly any ventilation. What do they expect? Any electronic device put in that situation ( that emits heat ) would end up over-heating.

    One of the interesting lines of information in there talks about Microsoft's shoddy workmanship.

    That's not the method I use to duplicate cars, I can't be the only person who knows about it as it's very easy to do (a lot quicker than that method.) Although the way I do it I don't think you can own multiples of supercars, as the duplicates are technically not personal vehicles.

    What is your method of vehicle duplication?

    Some snacks are better than others but I haven't worked out which yet.

    The more expensive a snack is the more health it will replenish when eating it.

    For instance the Meteorite Chocolate Bar seems to replenish the most health, but you can carry less of them compared to the other snacks. And remember that you can replenish all of your health for a dollar at Ammunation with the Soda/ Soft Drink Machine there. And of course buy some Armour while you're there, even though it's weak as fuck ( this is mainly for Online/ for Single Player there are Free Armour Spawns ).

    It sounds like you have a weak Internet Connection, or maybe too many people are using your Network at the same time ( piggybacking off it ). Do you live in an apartment?

    Because there haven't been problems like this on Rockstar's side of things for a while ( at least not for me ). Their servers have been working a lot better as of late.

    One question, have you had other problems with your internet connection, like when streaming movies or downloading games/ dlc's? If so then you should probably contact your ISP ( internet service provider ) for technical help.

    It could even be as simple as moving were your router is in the room ( to avoid black-spots ), or using a wired connection ( Ethernet cable ) between your Router and Xbox/ PlayStation.
