  1. There's a mess of permits involved in growing in legal states, and you can still only grow what you can use, unless you're a wholesale operation, in which case every scrap you sell has to be documented. If you don't jump through those hoops, you can't legally grow weed. Cartels mean absolutely jack shit in legal states. Hell, Cartels mean jack shit once you're 300 miles from the border.

Cartels don't control shit, in the states.

That's not true. Not a great counter argument I know, but they have plenty of pull. It's why they're allowed to run wild like Hulkamania south of the border.

  2. I don't give two shits about marijuana becoming legalized and it's not a big enough issue to sway me politically. As a daily smoker, tbh, I'm not a huge fan of the culture surrounding it. That being said, it's foolish to have it illegal yet we can get piss drunk.

  3. I will greet this day with love in my heart. And how will I do this? Henceforth will I look on all things with love and I will be born again. I will love the sun for it warms my bones; yet I will love the rain for it cleanses my spirit. I will love the light for it shows me the way; yet I will love the darkness for it shows me the stars. I will welcome happiness for it enlarges my heart; yet I will endure sadness for it opens my soul. I will acknowledge rewards for they are my due; yet I will welcome obstacles for they are my challenge.

  4. Might play it again lol. Not sure which difficulty I should try. I don't want anything that's so hard it's boring. What would you guys recommend?

Also, I should probably take some pictures. Game is really beautiful.

  5. it's the bond over everything IMO...

I think the "humanity sucks" angle is a cop-out. I want to believe so but I truly think Joel's supposed to be an asshole. That's the way the ending pans out, to me. Caring, loving, sure...but corrupted, broken.

  6. Was it right for Ellie to have her motherly/sisterly figure die? I believe Ellie wasn't aware of the fact she had to die for the cure/vaccine. I still don't know why they had to go for the brain's fungus and not just take other samples...so I get that.

Joel telling lies to Ellie about the amount of people immune to the disease. Ellie asking Joel for the truth, he says he's been telling it. She says "okay."

That either means she believes it or can accept not knowing the truth because of her bond with Joel.

  7. No, he's perfectly reasonable, in every decision he makes throughout the game.

    Obvious spoiler alert:

It was no guarantee that the vaccine would be used to it's full advantage...but with his strained relationship with his brother Tommy, and his daughter issues that turns Ellie into an object...not in a feminist way lol, she becomes Joel's daughter in a kinda forced way. It's sad that Ellie doesn't get much say in the matter during the hospital shit. It's a tough situation. I sympathize with him, I have a feeling he knew that he'd turn Ellie into Sarah part 2 Electric Boogalo, which was why he was so reluctant to take her. The game displays this so brilliantly. When you bust into that room...you shoot those innocent doctors. It's just natural. I swear I become a father in the end of the game.

    Still isn't right though.

  8.

I never played New Vegas. After being addicted to Fallout 3, it's weird how I never got New Vegas. Not gonna make that mistake again. :P

No excuse now. I got GOTY edition for less than $10

My PS Triple is dead. Guess I could get it on PC tho. If it is on PC...
