Ok thanks I think I just misunderstood it >_>

So the cheats for lowering and raising my wanted level works fine, its just that retyping the code all the time is annoying, so I for some reason decided to try lowering my wanted level when it was already at 0. And thats when I got "Cheat denied: No Wanted Level active". Nothing happends, the cops are still looking for me if I shoot somebody. I tried searching the internet and I couldnt find anyone else noticing this.
