i prefer to both have a health bar but with regeneration (regeneration will depend on the injury) example when u got shot: it will always depend on the shot and the bullet type it can be slow, or fast regeneration visit the hospital for surgery LOL put bandages to prevent bleeding other ideas for injuries Example when u fall: of course your legs will break and your running animation will be different like hopping crawling if your legs are greatly injured fighting fist to fist: bruisses :DD
