    Maybe one day (in like 10 years ;D), when GTA seriously evolves and we all have super-mega hardware, they can put more then 1 city/country.

    For example: The main setting be USA, but we will have to travel to London (or somewhere else) to do a few missions and stuff. But it won't be like going to LC in GTA SA, but it would be a real city which we could freeroam when ever we wanted to, etc.

    Old speculation under new light...

    Remember this poster? - Featured in the GTA IV (OR EFLC I can't remember) booklet that came with the game.

    The bottom right was ripped, and sent people into a speculation frenzy over the fact whatever was under here was our next location.

    The poster featured underneath was then found.

    It was a poster featured in Vice City for a Viagra like medication. (V, i.e 5 hint?)

    This poster also features Citrus (Oranges, i.e Orange County hint?)

    This lead some people to beleive that the poster hinted at San Andreas as the next stop. (Also some people thought Vice City as that's where the poster was found.)

    Then people went crazy and chose to take the rip shape as the map for the next game and matched it quite succesfully to france. That's where the speculation (we now know) went off track as the game is featuring LA (Or Los Santos).

    How does that tear shape fit onto the real world map of LA?

    Close enough? What do you think? Is this going to end up being our map? If so will we have a straight line down the right, or is it just the fact the poster ends there and we are only seeing part of GTA V's map?

    People just went silly with these speculations lol. It isn't meant to represent anything. It's like a tease from rockstar. The place where the next location was supposed to be written on was teared off. Get it? Next Stop: [we're not gonna tell you]

    The poster beneath was probably just to illustrate that it was ripped off. They took a funny poster from a sex shop and put it underneath.

    Don't think you will be able to own a pet. But I imagine they will be in. Like someone all ready said somewhere here, why would Rockstar texture and animate a dog and birds just for a first trailer?

    This is why:

    When first GTA SA trailer came out, there was a beach scene, and tons of people claimed they saw a dog in it. In reality, it was a campfire (or rocks, I forgot). Maybe now R* folks are parodying that with a real dog beach scene lol

    Just a thought

    However, I still beilive that dogs will be included in the game.

    Looks like just Los Santos from the Rockstar announcement.

    We are very proud to officially announce that Grand Theft Auto V is in full development.

    Developed by series creator Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto V heads to the city of Los Santos and surrounding hills, countryside and beaches in the largest and most ambitious game Rockstar has yet created.

    People may still dispute that more is to come, but for me I'd say this pretty much confirms just LS.

    If it's a huge, nice looking countryside, I won't complain.

    I just realized something..

    You remember how in GTA SA trailer #1, there was this beach scene.. With people dacing around etc. Anyway, many people claimed to see a dog there, even though there wasn't. I remember it was quite a big thing.

    So, maybe R* are parodying that with this real dog beach scene in V?

    Another thing, in GTA SA first trailer, they only showed LS. So yeah, who knows.

    EDIT: Oh, also. I read an article how, when they first planned GTA IV, Rockstar wanted to make a huuuuuuge (really huge) countryside for Liberty City. At the end, they ditched the idea, but maybe they're gonna do it in GTA V? I would love that.. I don't need SF and LV if I got a huge countryside. They can leave that for GTA VI :P

    Again, doesn't mean anything. There are whores in every GTA game. And of course, in every part of real history as well. It's not the oldest profession for nothing :)

    well no one said he was mute he simlpy didn't talk, I just think the fact he was talking bout retiring from that life and moving to a new city buying a big house and having a family, just seems like its a character you know, and judging by his looks and timeframe i think it could only be Claude, like I said 10 years since GTA 3 where he was possible late 20's and looking at that guy he looks late 30's to early 40's

    I just highly doubt it. 10 years ago (or less, depending if GTA V is set in like 2011, or 2005 or w/e) he never talked and was a really shady sorta character. Now, suddenly, he sounds like his charisma is boosting through the roof.

    I just can't put the voice on that video to Claude from GTA III.

    I have a feeling that the trailer isn't going to reveal much other than maybe the setting. It will probably show a few cars driving down the street and peds walking but not much action. Just a guess...

    Well yes, lol. That's how it always is. I remember the first GTA IV trailer, when people overanalyzed every bit of the trailer, naming every car, finding it's real world counterparts etc.

    I'm not really convinced, but if this is true:

    Grand Theft Auto San Andreas fans will be pleased to learn that Officer Eddie Pulaski and Officer Frank Tenpenny will both make appearances in GTA 5

    that makes the game pre-'92?

    Of course, it's probably bullshit, but still.

    Anyone remember Jerry Kapowitz?

    Well, on the radio, after you complete GTA IV, it is said that he found those diamonds and got rich blah blah, and he's planning to move to Vice City and open a gun shop and a liqour store. And he's seen at the end of TBoGT finding the diamonds.

    So.. If the next GTA is set in Vice City I think it would be pretty cool to have him appear in some way, since those diamonds were a pretty big deal in GTA IV (+ EFLC). Maybe he would just give you a few missions. Maybe he would own the gun shop. Maybe he could be a random pedastrian. Or at least some references to him. Whatever it is, it would be pretty cool I say.

    Oh and I'd also like to see a car saving system like in Mafia 2. So, for example, when you get an awesome, rare car (Infernus for example), you could drive it to missions and it would save, and not just disappear because your cousin wants you to drive his taxi or w/e.

    So, if you are driving a car and the mission you are doing requires you to leave the car, the car would teleport back to it's parking spot.

    I would like to be able to flirt with female police officers and get them to start liking you, and talk them in to giving you their phone number, and get them to work for you to give you information, and you can get to go out with them as well.

    Already happened in GTA SA and IV. Well, sort of.

    In SA you could date that cop chick in that small town in the desert. And she would be corrupt for you and let you keep your money and weapons after you got arrested lol.

    And in IV you could also date a cop chick, who you can find on love-meet. And when you call her, she knocks off your wanted level.

    I read somewhere that Rockstar first wanted to add female police officers in GTA IV, but they decided not to because some players didn't want to harm/kill female characters.. (ikr, sounds retarded). Now that I think of it, I can't think of many female characters you have to kill, especially in GTA IV.
