Most side mission or story mission DON'T have hostage mode we can be a hero OR the villain of the hostage mission,if hero we must kill a police 1 for a person if we gang up that means 4 dead police body if,and the villain part we must buy a hood outfit just like gta vc and some expolsive, that should do it.

Whay I heard ther IS a cutscenes that roman when roman try to encorage to do a deal with dimitri so they can enjoy live in vice city at the semi final mission,and there is one more,like phil bell try to raid a drug transport in charge island the cutsene tells A DRUG IS BEING TRANSPORT FROM VICE CITY,so yeah gta 5 is vice city
