What will totally ruin GTA V for you?

Recommended Posts

If they have another achievement like auf wiedersehen petrovic....

Piece of piss until the multiplayer died.

The ability to use turbos/ rapid fire controllers and mods, the crappy graphics from the lost and damned and the depressing ones from gta iv.

I can't honestly see why turbo controllers could cripple a game for you (either as a single player or somebody using it online). It isn't the kind of game where button mashing gets you places, nor can I see the omission of mods. They made a one time playthrough game (IV) far more fun, and if somebody could explain how the graphics in BOGT were radically different to TLAD and IV I'd be thankfully.

Maybe he's thinking of the grainy look you had in TL&D which could be turned on or off.

they came off of the same graphic engine as GTA IV, so how are the graphics worse?

It's possible he's getting at the 'depressing' location of the concrete jungle that is Liberty City. People can moan about it being depressing all they like but that's how it's supposed to come across. It's a good representation of New York in my opinion, almost claustrophobic with huge areas under the grey shadows of skyscrapers.

R* improved TL&D and TBoGT's graphics from GTAIV.

Yeah TBoGT was much brighter and sharper than GTA IV. GTA IV looks almost blurry compared.

yeahh kinda like when ppl say NYC is gritty and dirty, but thats what makes NYC feel like NYC... kinda like what Vice city would feel like if it had gta 4 era graphics, Sunny, moving palm trees etc...

If it's exclusive to ps3 I would have to buy one. It will most likely have more than one disc for Xbox but it would suck to have to change it to go somewhere else in the map.

Been said before: Doubt it, as LA Noire only had multiple discs because of the advanced facial technology.

Max Payne 3 is on 2 discs.

Really? I don't own an Xbox so I didn't know. In that case, ignore my previous statement.

I personally want San Fierro to be in it, but I don't care about Las Venturras at all. I'd prefer to see a San Diego like city as the third, it looks pretty cool from Google Earth.

Las Venturras was a hole, with nothing but the gambling going for it.

Balboa park for the WIN!!!

I'm skeptical about it too, but if there was only one city, they could focus alot more on the Interior, and maybe some bad-ass easter-eggs....

I was disappointed when all of the apartment complex's in IV looked the same....

What will ruin the game for me??

EA getting their hands on it.

Or if the game had those weird ass kill animations from SR3.... but that won't happen...

I'm really expecting much about this game. Not graphically, but the gameplay itself. If the normal Taxi, Ambulance, Firetruck side missions still be missing like they do on GTA IV, will be disappointing. Other thing that I find important and should be there on GTA 5 release is the option to buy properties like houses and comercial buildings just like in Vice City or San Andreas and even cars! Some dealerships around the city is crucial to finally put a plus on this game! Seriously. Things like that is important to you feel that you are part of the City Life too.

I know that are plenty of players like me that just like to cruise around the town respecting speed and trafficlights (just pretending to be another normal person in town) after completing or during the game story. So, if that part of fun Rockstar don't improve in this game will be very disappointing for me and many players... :(

Other than that the game will be more like GTA IV in another city.

Honestly the only thing will ruin it for me is if you can't buy houses or have garages... i missed having garages and parking cars in them in san andreas and vice city :) I will also be bummed if there isn't car customization.

Indeed! I missed the garages a lot! And should be nice if there is no more max up to 4 vehicles 'cause every damn garage has only 4 slots to use doesn't matter how big it is (GTA 3, VC, and SA was like that). It should save as many vehicles as long it can fits in there. And also the issue of the car suddenly disappear if you step away from it and then turn back... I find that pretty annoying when doing missions or just hanging around on foot.

If the moon doesn't get bigger when I shoot at it I'm not buying it.

Why would that ever be an issue? U dont even go to the loo or bath in GTA. It annoys me the woman are always porn stars, stupid or think they are smart but really they are stupid. I dunno if i want a main character as a woman, but a kick ass woman in it would be cool.

Sure! I don't think that's gonna be an issue. It would be nice for a change.

I wouldn't care if the customization was gone, but I would be pissed of, like screaming, if you can't opperate even one plane. GTA 4 already got me mad with that, but that was the first ps3, xbox 360 gta so. But for gta v, that cannot happen. I have to say a shitty story or a small Los Satos would really piss me off too.

I too love to go around respecting the law and exploring the city in a different way, sometimes. But I have to disagree, exploring on LC was fun already and on this game it canonly get funner. The noises and sights on LC while cruising was already pretty nice.
