They don't announce release dates at shareholder meetings. If we get anything at all (which I doubt we will), it'll just be what fiscal quarter it's meant to be released in.

Yeah definitely don't count on a release date being announced in one of these calls haha, pretty much impossible. The announcement will be aimed at us, the fans, not in a meeting such as the one on the 20th. However! There is still some info that can be helpful in the phone call, I'd imagine and hope since they've released 9 screens that they will be able to be a little bit more open about GTA V in the call. But heres hoping ^^

A shareholders meeting is for discussing stock and finances, not revealing details about their new games. You'll get "making progress," and not much else, because that's all people need to hear from T2 to feel like their investment is safe.

And they'll get what is relevant to their investment, not details regarding the game itself. If R* hasn't announced a release date, they don't know when they're releasing it.
