  1. Hey y'all. I have some information that many of you have been waiting for. A friend of mine has access to something called the "Deep Web" which is the black market internet; FBI can't monitor it. Anyway, he said he found information from Rockstar itself on there and it said the release date for GTA 5 is May 1st, 2012. I took part in the "Guess the Release Date Competition" and submitted 05/01/2012 as my official guess. If my friend wasn't bullshittin' me and the game will be released then, I could win a free copy of the game. My friend also stated that there will NOT be a 2nd trailer, and that Dan Houser isn't revealing more info because he wants the first trailer and lack of info about the game to get people wondering and then just release the game. So the Deep Web says Dan Houser is gonna give us the game b4 Max Payne 3. If I'm wrong, I apologize for getting anyone's hopes up. This is just something I heard from my friend. He has access to the Deep Wen, if anyone knows what that even is. I've never seen it for myself, but I know it exists.

The pure bullshit of this right here didn't even make my face change it's boring ass expression

    nice one retard

  2. We have no idea how old the guy in the car is! People think they know his age range, it could the the same guy in his 40's or even 30's (people look aged even if they are kind of young) but you just cant tell due to the fact that it probably isn't the complete updated RAGE and this was just for the trailer. No one knows so stop going around telling people that it is this if you have no idea yourself

  3. More law enforcement cars like trucks, squad cars, jeeps, atv's even and they are able to be customized like saints row that would defiantly make the game amazing if you could customize any car

Also preset outfits maybe with character customization in multiplayer, like choosing the head or whatever, a little more customization then red dead and police and military outfits are included

  4. What Rockstar should include in GTA V is an option in the menu that allows us to switch between first person view and third person view. That way, we can see inside cars when we are driving, and to practice our shooting skills for COD and Battlefield.

practice our shooting skills for COD and Battlefield.

GTA is not a fucking practice run for piece of shit first-person shooters. GTA is the main event, fuck CoD and Battlefield. Especially CoD.

Seriously this is GTA ALWAYS HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THIRD PERSON so stfu and drop it because the majority don't want first person and R* wouldn't ruin the series doing that. You say you want to practice your shooting skills for those shitty ass games? THEN GO PLAY THOSE GAMES :bird:

    Brian, aint you dead?

It'd be nice to be optional, however games typically have one or the other and the few that have both Third and first typically one is really shit, as pointed out earlier with Fallout and oblivion.

Speaking of all the CoD hate though, the Pripyat mission in Call of Duty 4 is still one of my favourite missions in any game, I remember lying prone on my bed playing it thinking I was in the game. Truly one of the best stealth missions I've ever played, and not just because MacMillan was a total badass.

Yes sir I am, but I'm not

I know what you mean I loved Call of Duty up until MW2, world at war and all before was great but then the series turned repetitive and it was clear they only wanted money, sure the campaigns were great but other then that it sucked. What I think we are getting at is GTA is a third person game, sure some people want first and third but it'd be shit in one of the views, like skyrim, fallout, and oblivion. Also it would take too long to script the entire game over again and add it. I hate the idea of GTA being first person and others may not but R* will never do it (thankfully)

  6. Well a lot of people are thinking something similar to San Diego will be in the game so this could possibly present a place to have the San Diego Zoo (Las Puerta Zoo)

The highway Las Puerta Fwy is supposdly the highway that connects San Diego and L.A. in real life.

Also since there will most likely be woods and mountains and desert I would like to see the following

    • Deer
    • Racoon
    • Skunk
    • Bears
    • Coyote (both wild and urban seeing that cities expand into wild life habitats would be cool)

Also dogs, cats, and maybe horses although it wouldn't fit and I didn't care for horses so much for transportation. Imagine being able to use that one car in blackwater in RDR :P

  7. You should be able to bribe cops like in Mafia 2 up to the level at which they start using deadly force (basically only 1 star). Also, line of sight should determine if you get caught or not, e.g. running into a dark alley sprinting around corners should loose your wanted level while running in the open should keep it. It would also be nice if there were hiding areas you could hide in like in AC, after breaking LoS for a few seconds.

I like the bribe part, it gives a better chance of getting away and stuff. Or you can get citations (not traffic citations) but ones for one-two level crimes where if you want to you can pay off the ticket.

  8. I'm glad they did away with timed missions for IV, but you're right, there were still some odd ones in there. My biggest complaint is the tutorial missions though. Rather than have 10 missions to introduce 10 gameplay features, have two or three larger replayable ones that introduce it all in one go. It is disappointing when you can tell they're dragging the story just a little bit to try and cover everything.

    /moved

I guess I should have mentioned GTA V, the part where I said if I have to do any more missions like this, I was meaning that I don't want these in GTA V. Woops

  9. Listen GTA is known for third person and the idea off adding first person just bothers me, plus like every other BIG THING that seems quite stupid in a certain sense would probably take developers another few months to add first person, a whole new scripting. In SR3 you can add attachments and it made the gun more accurate, plus flashlights made it easy to see in the dark. So things like that yeah, dashboard view like I said earlier, yeah, but a whole first person? bitch please if you want that game this year then forget about it...
