  1. So after reading this thread i decided to watch. A week later and i'm on the last episode of season 2...

    Pretty awesome. It reminds me of a couple British Drama's about female prisons. But obviously this ones American, so it has a different feel, which I like. The character's background stories is what makes it, that's the main thing that has kept me watching, as well as all the lesbian affairs happening inside and out.

    I didn't think i'd enjoy it as much as i did. Can't wait for the third season now, when does that start?

  2. I've been trying to go very low carb diet, just to see if it'll help cutting and whether I can sustain it or not. This is roughly my plan for tomorrow:

     

    Meal 1: Americano, 2 scoop protein shake

    Meal 2 + 3: 500g chicken, 100g mixed leaf salad, 30g low fat cheese, 30g light mayonnaise, mixed together and seasoned with Tabasco sauce.

    Gym

    Meal 4: 2 scoop protein shake 

    Meal 5: 336g tuna, 100g brocolli

    Meal 6: 1 whole egg, 5 egg whites, 30g low fat cheese

     

    Look into intermittent fasting.

    I've noticed after dead lifting the soreness from lifting is in my lower back, traps, and upper chest. Not that I mind this, but is it normal to feel it in the traps and chest a bit?

     

    Traps is totally normal, chest is odd, lower back is dangerous and you should take care of your form.

     

     

    Chest could have been from other stuff and I just noticed it after the deadlift. 

     

    I read on a lot of places lower back is okay. Like I said, no pain, just a little bit of soreness. 


  4. It's good that you take such great care of your car Brian. Mine is kind of disgusting right now, it needs to be cleaned on the outside. In fact, I had a dream that I got my car cleaned, that's how much I think about it lol

     

    All the salt and dirt from snow plows putting it down for ice really makes keeping any car here clean impossible  <_<


  5. So my car was finally fixed today after three weeks. They couldn't find anything until yesterday when it wouldn't start. Biggest issue was the fuel pump which was replaced with a Ford part, the oil filter had a leak so they did a filter change and oil change, and the bottom radiator hose was rubbing on the front stabilizer bar. My uncle owns the shop so looks like I won't be going back to Firestone (they put my new hoses in).

  7. Got my deadlift to 120 kg (~265 lbs). Next target is three plates (140 kg/ ~310 lbs) on my 5x5. Not sure if I should go up in 2.5 kg increments, or 5 kg. per week. I only deadlift once a week, so thinking the former. Gonna start cutting from next week, the worst part of life. Any tips?

     

    Cutting is honestly really easy. Stick to a mostly high protein diet for best results. Eat a lot of fish and chicken, avacado is good for fats, and eat a fruit or something for carbs. This is what I did. Ate around 5 chicken breast, 2 avacados, and some fruit daily. Have one day set where you'll eat a little more in the carb area. Should work fine. Once in a while throw in some red meat.
