    I have the folders for all my games copied to an external hard drive, updated fairly often.

    You just reminded me of the Fallout 3 folder on one of my externals.

    Makes me want to reload all the old PC saves, I remember having Megaton and the Tenpenny suite.

    I noticed in the gameplay vid that Trevor pops out of a trailer (caravan) to go hunting. Then I noticed later on that the trailer appears as a safehouse on the mini-map...

    Do you think that Trevor's trailer will work as a portable safehouse? Will you be able to tow it around the map and just save where ever it's parked?

    I turned to my girlfriend and asked her what she thought. She said "Who cares?"

    She's not a GTA gamer. Give it up or suck it up.

    I am hoping Trevor has his own psychotic trailer type of safe-house.

    The vehicle customization reminds me of so many plays of §an Andreas. Looking forward to this for sure.

    Love to customize vehicles for any reason at all, if just for fun.

    Bullet proof tires, awesome. Roll bars? Let's take them off the mountain.

    Also the switching back and forth between characters during heists could prove cool as well.

    Possibilities there are fucking endless to say the least.

    ...and about 100 other things.

    I'll get 100% in the game if it takes me 6 months. Looks to be epic to say the least.

    A lot of people can't handle it. I've seen so many people drop like flies from only 1 hit

    Just tolerance, smaller people can't handle it at all, my buddies gf was totally sunken into a sofa of the tiniest hit, whereas he did numerous before he was remotely affected.

    Same experience here. My bro is 200lbs. Remotely affected.

    Disregarded the news of the spice deaths in Arizona.....

    Tried it, m'bro tried it. Moved on. No big deal.

    In the end, it's a passing thing. Can't replace the real.

    If anyone wants to get high, they should smoke weed.

    i still think road warrior was the best one of the trio... thunderdome was a bit campy for my tastes... but i will have to re-watch these as we get closer to the release date to get a refresher on the harsh world he lives in... i am following this development on both twitter and facebook so i will try to keep this thread updated as much as possible... i just keep thinking about just cause 2, but without skydiving and full of raiders...

    Still the first 15 minutes of the original is SO classic, where you don't see Max until after the scene, then it shows him.

    This game looks absolutely great, and the Machinma interview with the dev just makes me want the game even more.

    I think with all the open world activities, it will be a lot of fun.

    Apocalyptic wasteland goodness.

    I pickpocket the info from Hayes, then I decide to treat myself by going to the Bison Steve and killing all the rogue Gangers

    Is that a legal way to get the mission? Did the NCR send you to Primm to take down the Powder Gangers?

    That's a strange glitch, maybe it has something to do with not being given the official mission. (As opposed to just stealing the orders)

    Or, joining up with the Powder Gangers and taking Goodsprings early may negate the mission. Don't know, it's a weird one. I'm sure you've tried all the doors.

    Dead Money - around level 20

    Honest Hearts - you can handle it at pretty much any level

    Old World Blues - mid to late 20's

    Lonesome Road - mid to late 20's

    Get to level 20, buy all of them, and play them in the order I listed, for the best experience. While each DLC has its own story, there's a main story that runs alongside and beneath the first three DLC's that sets up Lonesome Road, so they're best played in the order they were released.

    I remember when we were talking/guesstimating the entry points in the Mojave.

    These really were great DLCs. Still have all four trailers on my XB360.

    Thought not to give Craze any spoilers, so I'll go back to my wasteland now.....

    Anyone else want an underwater freaking strip club as a safehouse?! That would be some classic Rockstar shit right there! All jokes aside, some form of underwater safehouse would be awesome. Maybe some old underwater science lab?

    sort of like Rivet City in Fallout 3? I know there was another entrance to the lab but initially you had to get in through the wonderful irradiated water.

    Not really, I always picked the lock.

    Wasn't until my last few FO3 games I swam through the broken bow.

    Underwater exploration sounds so exciting, but without being able to defend ourselves

    from sharks would make it a pain in the ass.

    Makes me hungry just thinking about it.

    Caging, capturing, selling.....

    Illegal endangered shark poaching, more along the criminal lines, even more money.

    I think being able to call a cab would replace any need for a fast travel like that.

    Skipping the cab ride time as well as the trains pretty much was fast travel in IV.

    Of course you get the achievement, for not skipping through the multi-island taxi,

    but the cabs and trains is as far as I would want to go as far as fast travel in GTA is concerned.

    It works for Fallout but don't really think it or wait mode would work in GTA. Too much going on.

    I always use the manual saves in GTA, at the safehouses. As for GTAIV, Just turn autosave off. Thats what I did and I kept a few different ave files so If I really wanted to go back to a mission or point in the game to re-play it, I could have. Im sure both manual and auto saves will be in V. Autosaves shouldn't be enough to kill a game for you, just turn them off.

    Yep, always turn it off. I always have key saves.

    I remember telling Psy that 2 calls had to be accepted for those missions/sequences

    to be completed. Elizabeta's Snow Storm call for Final Interview, and Brucie's call after

    the Smackdown mission for the Steve collection. A bit glitchy but by no means a game ender.

    Mostly n00bs and kids tripped over those. They learn here. :)

    I couldn't believe what FNV did to the BOS, but it was about the NCR and Legion mainly.

    There totally could have been a Brotherhood ending.

    Will be interesting to see what the next Fallout has in store for them......

    Yes the first safe house was called the Ocean View Hotel. Great place.

    Many people never went back after buying the properties but Ocean View

    had weapons spawns like the minigun, and cool rewards that accumulated after accomplishments.

    The coke tiki, poster, bullet in the head trophy etc etc

    I wonder if save points will still be available in GTA V? They could use autosave only, like a lot of other games these days... (Which i'd hate if i'm honest, i like to manually save in GTA)

    Autosave killed GTA IV for a lot of people because that's all they used.

    Remember all the complaints about the "Final Interview" never getting called.

    Or never getting Stevie's call to collect the vehicles. Those guys couldn't go back.

    I couldn't believe all the "have to start over" threads and complaints.

    I would expect to have save points in GTA V, I always use those.

    Its nice to see some Synch posts. They're probably the most accurate and well thought out posts on here. And they're actually about GTA. Its still nice to see you chatting it up instead of just posting wall-o-text gta guides to help my lame ass
