    I'm happy Algeria got through, although they don't stand much chance against Germany.

    He was impeded, for crying out loud. Note how the Ivory Coast players didn't run to the referee in protest after the decision was made. The guy who fouled the Greek player knew he'd blown it.

    The contact that was made appeared unintentional, and probably wasn't deserving of a penalty at that stage in the game.

    Camera angles and speed can be deceptive. The 3rd angle is the best indicator that there was no ill intent. The dude even tries too late to pull back to avoid touching Samaras.

    Edit: Anyways, Cote D'ivore had one job, and they couldn't even beat Greece, so good riddance. Most colossally underachieving African side in history. Couldn't even win a Nations cup. Unlike Nigeria. Current champions of Africa and soon to be world champions

    Taking bets on how many goals the Dutch will score against us.

    Edit: Final score 3-2 to the Dutch. We should have been able to win the game, but a couple of lapses in defense let us down. I think the last 2 games have been by far our best performances at a world cup, despite losing both of them. I'm pretty devastated.

    the big match today should be Argentina vs Bosnia and Herzegovina. Messi finally enters the fray, and let's see what Argentina are made of, many people have them to win the whole thing.

    I've been getting hyped up about Argentina every world cup since 98. I'm sick of them letting me down, although surely they'll do better than the joke that was the Maradona coached side of 2010. I wouldn't be surprised if Bosnia wins.

    Less than a day left until the Spurs stop the Heat's reign of terror. Hopefully Lebron and Bosh leave, and put an end to the "big 3" shenanigans.

    It's been probably the most boring NBA finals series in a long time, but it'll be great to see Patty Mills and Aron Baynes win a championship.

    3-1 at full time :( At least we are ahead of Spain in our group!

    We were the better side for all of the second half. The ref made come absolutely terrible decisions, and if a few had gone our way instead, things would be different.

    Chile will have to improve a lot if they are going to challenge The Netherlands, although their next game against Spain might be close if Spain continue being retarded.
