Depends how much heat you can handle, if Vindaloo is a bit much for you, Phall will be agony. If you want a milder dish, go for a Balti or Rogan Josh.
I love a good bite to my curry. Unfortunately, I can't find any of the famed Phall anywhere nearby. I'll have to be satisfied with Vindaloo, then. Thanks for the tips.
Your best bet would be to look for a recipe and make it yourself; it's a British/Indian dish, not just Indian. That and the extreme heat account for it being harder to come by, I suppose.
