After years of speculation, Rockstar Games finally officially announced on October 25, 2011 that the title of the newest addition to the GTA lineup would be Grand Theft Auto V. Despite rumors and speculation, the game does not have a subtitle and the V doesn't stand for anything apart from "5". The game is generally referred to as GTA V or GTA 5.

- United (Guest) October 24, 2011the new gta wont be in a city thats dark and has huge buildings like GTA IV it would look the same shity dark place VICE CITY was good in the 80s so leave it there dont ruin it by bringing it back to a 2011, 2012 time LONDON id say will probly be the next GTA in a few years DEFINATLY not paris or any other country except AMERICA san andreas or some other city there will be the new GTA it was the best game by far and they know by making a new one with good graphics and everything else is gona be the game of the decade.
