  1. A question that I have had for along time is do you guys think that we will be able to buy/use Marijuana in the game? They(R*) said we will be earning alot of money from missions and bank heists and this would be a great thing to spend it on. There is a Medical Marijuana shop called "Doctor Kush" right next to Muscle Beach(game location) in real life and the Santa Monica Pier. Everything is already illegal in that game (murder, stealing cars, etc) so I don't see why it would be a big deal to put in the game. For those of you who are against drugs, its just a thought and wanted to know the community's opinion on it.
  2. How much are you actually going to be able to do in the game? I mean how can you tell what you can and can't do. If the trailer is anything to go by, then I am a little bit skeptical because R* confirmed there would be no property buying, yet in the trailer it showed a guy hammering in a "For Sale" sign in front of his house. Its shows weightlifting, but are we going to be able to do that since there is no rpg-elements in the game (Muscle/Fat gain, etc.)? Its says no fishing zone at the start of the trailer, so does that mean we can fish somewhere? It shows the Del Perro Pier in the trailer and the pre-order bonuses, but are we going to be able to ride the Roller-coaster or the Ferris wheel? It show gambling symbols on Liquor Ace store and hookers talking to a guy in the car, but are we going to be able to pick them up or gamble? Endless questions.
  3. So if there is no romance, then does this mean there is no strip clubs or picking up hookers? They stated that they didn't do girlfriends, or romance, because it would seem to over complex with three protagonists. Personally I am kind of disappointed that there is no rpg-elements (fat/muscle gain, etc.), property buying, or changing of hairstyle/ tattoos. I am sure that they took those things out to put a wholee lot of newer and more immersive activities!!! As usual I am sure R* won't dissappoint!
  4. Jet skiing, Weightlifting*, Golfing, Skydiving, Dirt bike racing, Bike races, Carnival games (Del Perro Pier) and the ability to ride Roller-coasters*, Fishing*, Camping/Hiking*, Tennis, Base jumping, Rock-climbing*, Farming*, Sight Seeing, Picking up hookers, Going to strip clubs, Gambling, Drinking, Canoeing*, Eating at restaurants/fast food places, ATV Racing, Offroading w/ ATV's, Dirt bikes, Cars/Trucks, etc., Triathlons (Swimming, Biking, and Running in a single race), Watching T.V. in your safe houses, All the mini arcade games that R* usually puts in the game, Pool*! *= Possibility
  5. Bioshock Infinite has been delayed to February 2013 and 2K games wouldn't release two popular games within a couple of each other so my guess is that Grand Theft Auto V will be released late 2012(October or November) or Summer 2013 (June or July), which I highly doubt would be the case. 6. I based my post off of various announcement articles and the San Andreas Debut Trailer and it was said that only San Andreas would be the area to roam. Here is my sources if you care to further try an disprove my statement. http://ps2.ign.com/a...5/495767p1.html
  7. Corrected. You probably won't know what it means but it will to those who matter. From R*s statement it doesn't mention anything other than LS, I hope to be completely wrong and there will be a second and third city included. But as of this time we have nothing to prove it, so... Engage pessimism. Rockstar only showed Los Santos in the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas trailers and it was not until the game was released that Las Venturas and San Fierro were discovered. Knowing the game company, there probably will be more than just Los Santos to free roam around in. Proof of this statement can be seen in the trailer when the heist is taking place. Notice that the license plate on the van does not say San Andreas but instead something along the lines of Las Palmas and the color is red instead of orange.
  8. I picked October 26th, 2012 for two reasons. The first being because all of the other Grand Theft Auto games have been released in the month of October, aside from Grand Theft Auto IV because it was delayed until April. Secondly, Skyrim was the most anticipated game of 2011 and it was released on 11-11-11 which happened to be a Friday. Grand Theft Auto V is already expected to be the most prognosticate game for 2012 and with that said, Rockstar will most likley release this game on a Friday because of the fact that it might interfere with another popular game releasing on a Tuesday. To aid members in making their guess, Max Payne 3 releases in March of 2012 making a May or June release very unlikely because they would be losing money on the game. I think that Rockstar will show Grand Theft Auto V at E3 2012 and give a release date then.
